Pomegranate-Pear Holiday Drink
An Ethipioan Sidamo is pre-infused with a pomegranate-pear reduction then french pressed. Pear slices that have been poached in the reduction are served with the drink. The pomegranate compliments the lemon notes of the coffee while the pear brings out the more floral fruit tones of the coffee. As the beverage cools, undertones of butter and blueberry emerge from the Ethiopian Sidamo bringing out the chocolate flavors of the reduction. Perfect as an evening drink on a snowy night.

Honey Comb Coffee
French pressed Rwandan and Brazilian coffees are poured over a small piece of honey comb then topped with a small amount of acorn squash infused cream. The honey pairs beautifully with the Rwandan while the Brazilian brings out the nutty notes of the acorn squash infused cream. Warm and full with an earthy sweetness this drink goes beautifully with a cool fall day.

Based off of a traditional Italian drink, french pressed coffee is shaken with ice and syrup. For Ethiopian Sidamo, a recipe for a blueberry infused syrup is given. For Rwanda a recipe for a honey-raspberry infused syrup is given. Each syrup is specifically paired to compliment the natural notes within each coffee. Refreshing and quite addictive. Perfect for a hot summer day.
